1. Two kinds of data
We handle personal data in two different roles. For people who visit this website, sign up or contact us, we decide how that data is used. For the callers your agents speak to, your business decides how call data is used and we process it only on your instructions.
This policy is written with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian telecom rules in mind.
2. Data we collect about you
- Account details: name, work email, company, role and the preferences you share at signup.
- Contact requests: the information you enter in the contact form, such as call volumes, languages and requirements.
- Usage data: how you use the workspace, such as agents created, flows published and features used, to keep the platform reliable.
- Billing data: plan, invoices and billing contact. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us.
3. Call data we process for you
When your agents handle calls, we process the following on your behalf:
- Caller phone numbers and the details callers share during the call, such as names, appointment preferences or order numbers.
- Audio recordings, only when recording is turned on and the caller has been told at the start of the call.
- Transcripts, translations, summaries, outcome tags and sentiment scores.
- Records written to your connected tools, such as CRM entries, calendar bookings and WhatsApp messages.
Your business is responsible for having a valid basis to call people and to record calls, including consent for outbound calls and respecting do-not-disturb preferences. The platform gives you the controls to do this.
4. How we use data
- To run the Service: place and answer calls, generate transcripts and summaries, and sync results to your tools.
- To create your account and send your login details and service emails.
- To reply to your enquiries and provide support.
- To secure the platform, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
5. No training on your calls for others
Recordings and transcripts belong to your business. We never use them to train or improve models for other customers. We may use aggregated, de-identified technical metrics, such as call latency, to keep the Service running well.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Infrastructure, speech and telephony providers that help us run the Service, under written data protection terms.
- Tools you connect, such as your CRM, calendar or WhatsApp Business account, when you instruct us to.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
7. Retention
You set retention for recordings and transcripts in your workspace, from 30 days to 2 years. Account data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal and accounting obligations. When you delete call data, it is removed from the platform and from insights.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access inside your workspace is role based, and access by our staff is limited to support and security needs and logged.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to act for you. Callers who want to exercise rights over call data should contact the business they spoke with, and we will help that business respond.
To make a request, use the contact page on this website and describe your request in the message field.
10. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to run it, such as the session cookie that powers the form check question. We do not use advertising cookies.
11. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will tell account owners by email before they take effect.
